Along with US SaaS CATI system having issues, there are occasional Launch Survey Task and Instant Analytics tasks failing due to backend issues. Support is engaged with Forsta Cloud Operations to resolve. An update in 30 minutes or less with additional information

Forsta Plus - US SaaS - CATI mutlimode servers having issues. The Forsta team is currently troubleshooting issues with the CATI services on US SaaS with a high priority.
