The DE site is now largely operational again. CAWI and CATI data collection are working. There is currently a known issue with launching surveys which we are looking into.

Web interviews are now operational on the Euro site. We are continuing to work on returning full operation across all the applications for the impacted sites.

Update
The ongoing issues follow a recent CrowdStrike update impacting systems running various CrowdStrike sensor versions. Impacted systems are getting a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) error and the system are getting rebooted automatically. Each impacted device has to be fixed and individually and this process is still being applied currently.

We are continuing to investigate this issue. The US SaaS site is under a partial outage, with some of the infrastructure being unavailable leading to some respondents being unable to conduct surveys. EURO and AUS are still completely unavailable. We will provide an update as soon as one is available.

From 06:15 BST we have connectivity issues with our Rackspace hosted EURO, US and AUS sites, all services are impacted, including surveys. We are in contact with our infrastructure partners Rackspace to determine the cause of the issue. Updated status will be provided within 30mins.
